HAM RADIO:

I was in Bombay for some time,that’s where the HAM hobby caught up with me,

I was part of the Mumbai Amateur Radio Society ( MARS ).

There I gave my exams for GRADE 1 licence . Its thro my HAM contacts there I came

Across RM-96 transciever ( A Solely Indian design for an HF transceiver built by Ram Mohan).

RM-96:

This is a low cost and robust HF transceiver design which can be constructed using locally available

Components.

I could hear as far as Moscow and Hawaii HAM's in my RIG, which was setup in mumbai :)

I have the poweramplifier stage which is nearing completion and has been so for long time,
Need to spare some time and get it up and running soon.
